- ABOUT EIGHT PHASES -
MARKETING WITH INTENTION.
Eight Phases is a boutique marketing consultancy that’s built for businesses that know something could be working better or they could be doing something differently, but may not be quite sure where the issues lie.
We look beyond individual campaigns to understand the full picture; your strategy, customer journey, technology, data, processes, and the way your marketing operates day to day. From there we identify what’s working, what may be getting in the way, and where your time and investment can make the biggest difference.
That might mean we build something new, it might mean improving what you already have, and sometimes it just means recognizing that something just isn’t working anymore.
The goal isn’t to simply do more, it’s to make your marketing work better.
I BUILT eight phases because I Believe there is a better way to do this.
- ABOUT THE FOUNDER -
I’m Jessica, founder and lead consultant at Eight Phases.
I’ve spent more than a decade working across marketing, customer experience, operations, and account strategy, from growing companies to billion dollar global organizations. I’ve built lifecycle programs, grown audiences into the millions, improved customer journeys, led complex operational initiatives. I’ve spent the majority of my career trying to understand why things weren’t working and then figuring out how to make them better.
Eventually, I became frustrated with a pattern that I kept observing in corporate marketing: when something didn’t seem to be working, the answer was often, “do more”.
More campaigns, more emails, more tools, more content, more complexity.
The issue is that more doesn’t fix a broken process, disconnected data, an unclear customer journey, or a strategy that simply just doesn’t work. Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do is stop adding more long enough to observe and understand what needs to change.
That’s why I created Eight Phases.
- WHY EIGHT PHASES? -
growth isn’t linear. it’s cyclical.
The name Eight Phases is inspired by the eight phases of the moon: a continuous cycle of beginning, building, reaching fullness, releasing, and then beginning again.
I think businesses, and marketing, move much the same way.
There are times to explore and build, times to launch and grow, times to measure and refine, and there are times to step back, let go of what’s no longer working, and decide what comes next.
That’s the philosophy of Eight Phases. Marketing shouldn’t be an endless pursuit of more, it should evolve alongside your business.
Sometimes growth means building something new, and sometimes it means knowing what to leave behind.
Your marketing will change.
Your customers will change.
Your business will change.
That’s the point.
